#323 / Nature Deficit Disorder

Contributors to The Trust For Public Land get a free subscription to TPL's magazine, Land + People. The Fall/Winter 2013 issue has an article titled "Last Family in the Woods." The article discusses the phenomenon of Nature Deficit Disorder. 

Here is my observation: There is a lot of that Nature Deficit Disorder thing going around. 

Since our human world depends, ultimately, on the World of Nature, which is all that sustains us, Nature Deficit Disorder can be life threatening.
