If we are going to talk about change, and assign responsibility and recognition, maybe we should think about the category of "change reagents."A "reagent" is a "substance or mixture for use in chemical analysis or other reactions."
What I like about "reagent" idea is that the word includes a kind of collective reference. It is not "individuals" who make real change in this world we create. It is the "mixture" of us all. We create this world together.
No one has to wear a badge.
We do have to get involved. We need to "mix it up."
