If I am right that we "dream" and "think" our world into existence (first we "dream," and "think," and then we "do"), we are definitely going to have to "change our way of thinking." We are going to have to make ourselves "a different set of rules."
In our human world, the world we most immediately inhabit, we do "make the rules."
