It's good to be back home, but I did enjoy my trip. And for anyone heading to Sydney, I can now confidently provide a restaurant recommendation.
Most of the restaurants that visitors will frequent in Sydney are found around the Circular Quay, or at Darling Harbour. Chefs Gallery is off George Street (one of the main streets in Sydney, running uphill from the Circular Quay). It has northern Chinese cuisine, and the food is spectacular. So are the chefs, who perform the most amazing feats with pasta, turning lumps of dough into incredible noodles, right before your eyes, using only two hands!
When in Sydney ... It's recommended!
