I was in Bookshop Santa Cruz to pick up another book, and saw this one prominently displayed near the Front Street entrance. No, I haven't read it. At least, not yet!But here's what I thought: not only has sugar changed the world, so have electricity, whaling, plastics, the internet, and even the American Revolution. In other words, everything we do "changes the world."
Our world, that is. The world we create. The world we can always change.
